 1. What information do I need to get a quote?

     Normally, we need details such as company name. contact information, product name, material structure, dimensions, order quantity, and artwork file for printing color.

 

2. What's your MOQ?

      It's decided by bag size, however, it's always negotiable.

 

3. How many colors can you make? What color can I use?

      Up to 12 colors! Pantone colors as well as the common 4coIor (CMYK) process, any color is available.

 

4. I want to use the bag to pack my product, it is food, can your bag work?

     Yes, pls don't worry, all of our bags are food grade and are able to meet FDA & EU standards, can contact food directly.

 

5. Can I have the bags printed with the graphic design and my logo?

     Yes, no problem, we are OEM manufacturer, can make the bags by the specifications you need with customized design printing.

 

6. What's your lead time?

     For new orders,the lead time need 3-5 weeks, for repeat orders, the lead time need 2-3 weeks. If you're under tight deadlines, let us know and we'll do our best to meet your needs.

 

7. How can I make the bags sealed?

    All of our bags are heat sealable, they can be sealed easily by simple heat sealer.

 

8. Do you have a price list/catalog?

   Sorry, since all of our products are customized, we don't have a price list/catalog.

 

9. Can I do a sample with my logo?

    Yes, but that isn't free if need to do a real bag with gravure printing. Because we need to do a cylinder for printing first.

But if you only need a mockup model sample with paper label. That could be free.

 

10.What is the lead time of sample?

     For paper label sample, that only need 2-3days after receive your design.

     For a real sample with gravure printing, that need 10-15days after payment received.
